These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the crickecx platform. Please read them carefully before registering an account or placing any wager. By using crickecx you agree to be bound by all provisions set out below.

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the player) and crickecx. If you do not agree to any provision of these terms, you must not register an account or use the platform. Continued use of crickecx following any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated version. crickecx reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. All transactions on crickecx are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). Deposits are accepted via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. Minimum deposit is ৳200. Withdrawals are subject to identity verification and wagering requirements where applicable.
crickecx enforces a strict fair play policy across all casino games and sports betting markets. The use of automated tools, bots, collusion, or any form of manipulation is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any related balances.
All bonuses and promotional offers awarded by crickecx are subject to wagering requirements and time limits specified at the point of award. Bonuses may not be transferred, exchanged for cash, or combined with other offers unless explicitly stated. Abuse of bonus terms will result in bonus forfeiture.

Any account found to be engaged in prohibited activity will be closed without notice and the matter referred to relevant authorities.

Acceptance of Terms
By accessing crickecx, creating a player account, making a deposit, or placing any wager on the platform — whether via desktop browser or mobile device — you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. If you do not accept any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the platform and close your account.
These Terms apply to all interactions with crickecx, including but not limited to: account registration, deposits and withdrawals, participation in casino games and sports betting markets, claiming bonuses and promotions, and contacting the support team. They apply equally to players accessing the platform from Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Khulna, Rajshahi, and all other locations within Bangladesh, as well as any other jurisdiction from which access is permitted.
crickecx reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior individual notice to players. The most current version of the Terms will always be accessible at /terms-conditions. It is the player's responsibility to review the current Terms before each session. Continued use of the platform following the publication of any revised Terms constitutes full acceptance of the updated version.
These Terms are published and enforceable in English. In the event of any discrepancy arising from a translation or interpretation in another language, the English version shall prevail in all circumstances.

Eligibility and Age Restriction
Access to crickecx is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout their use of the platform:
- You are aged 18 years or older. This is an absolute requirement with no exceptions. crickecx enforces a zero-tolerance policy on underage gambling.
- You are accessing the platform as an individual acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or nominee of any third party.
- You are not accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law, to the extent that you are solely responsible for determining the legal status of online gambling in your jurisdiction of residence.
- You have not previously been excluded from crickecx or had an account closed for breach of these Terms.
- You are not an employee, contractor, agent, or immediate family member of an employee of crickecx or any of its affiliated game studio or payment partners.
Age Verification
crickecx verifies player age at the point of registration using the information provided. Additional age and identity verification may be requested at any point during a player's use of the platform, including but not limited to the point of first withdrawal, following a period of inactivity, or in response to any suspicious account activity. Players may be required to submit government-issued identification documents to complete verification.
Any account where the player is confirmed to be under the age of 18 will be closed immediately without prior notice. Any balance held in the account at the time of closure — including deposited funds, winnings, and bonus credits — will be forfeited in full. crickecx may report the matter to relevant authorities where required by applicable law.
Bangladesh Player Responsibility
crickecx is an offshore online gambling platform. Players located in Bangladesh are solely responsible for determining whether their participation in online gambling is lawful under applicable Bangladeshi law. crickecx makes no representation that its services are legal in Bangladesh or any other specific jurisdiction. By registering and using crickecx, you accept full personal responsibility for compliance with the laws of your jurisdiction.

Account Registration and Security
To access the full functionality of crickecx — including placing bets, playing casino games, and making deposits and withdrawals — you must register a player account. Registration is free and requires the provision of accurate personal information including your full name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number.
One Account Per Person
Each individual may hold only one registered account on crickecx. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein. If you believe a duplicate account has been created in your name, contact support immediately at support@crickecx.
Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your crickecx login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances. All activity conducted under your account credentials is your responsibility, whether or not you authorised the activity.
crickecx strongly recommends the use of a strong, unique password for your account. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify crickecx support immediately at support@crickecx. crickecx will never request your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel.
Account Information Accuracy
All information provided at registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. If any of your account information changes — including your address, mobile number, or email address — you are required to update your account details promptly. crickecx reserves the right to suspend accounts where information is found to be inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading, pending verification of the correct details.
Identity Verification (KYC)
As part of our commitment to player security and platform integrity, crickecx may require you to complete identity verification (commonly referred to as Know Your Customer, or KYC) at any stage. KYC may require submission of a government-issued photo ID (such as a National ID Card or passport), proof of address, and proof of the payment method used. Failure to complete KYC within the requested timeframe may result in temporary suspension of withdrawal privileges.

Deposits, Withdrawals, and Currency
All financial transactions on crickecx are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). Your account balance, deposit amounts, wager stakes, winnings, and withdrawal amounts are all displayed and settled in BDT. crickecx does not operate multi-currency accounts; all funds are held and processed in BDT.
Accepted Deposit Methods
crickecx currently accepts deposits via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum single deposit is ৳200. Maximum deposit limits may apply per transaction and per day depending on the payment method used. All deposit methods are subject to their respective provider terms and conditions.
Deposit Processing
Deposits via mobile financial services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are credited to your crickecx account in real time following successful confirmation from the payment provider. Card deposits (Visa, Mastercard) may take up to 15 minutes to reflect in your account balance. crickecx is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers or banking institutions.
Withdrawal Rules
The minimum single withdrawal on crickecx is ৳500. Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in the same name as the crickecx account holder. Withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods not previously used for deposit are not permitted. crickecx reserves the right to request additional identity verification before processing any withdrawal.
Standard withdrawal processing time is 1–3 business days following completion of any applicable verification requirements. Mobile financial service withdrawals (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are typically processed within 24 hours of approval. crickecx is not liable for delays caused by the receiving payment provider.
Player Fund Protection
crickecx maintains player funds in accounts separate from operational company funds. Deposited player funds are not used for operational purposes and are available for withdrawal at any time, subject to the wagering requirements applicable to any associated bonus funds.
Currency Conversion
If a deposit is made in a currency other than BDT (for example, via an international card issuer), the amount will be converted to BDT at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of transaction. Any currency conversion fees charged by your card issuer or payment provider are your responsibility and will not be reimbursed by crickecx.

Betting and Gaming Rules
All bets placed on crickecx — whether on cricket, football, kabaddi, or any other sport, or on casino games including live baccarat, roulette, blackjack, slots, and game shows — are subject to the specific rules applicable to that product, in addition to these general Terms & Conditions. Product-specific rules are accessible within each game or betting market on the platform.
Bet Acceptance and Void Bets
crickecx reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any bet at its sole discretion, including bets placed after an event has commenced where real-time data feeds have not yet been updated, bets placed as a result of a technical error or incorrect odds publication, and bets that exceed the applicable stake limits. A bet is not confirmed until crickecx issues a unique bet reference number. Void bets will have the stake returned to the player's account balance.
Odds and Pricing
All odds displayed on crickecx are subject to change without notice prior to bet placement. The odds at the time a bet is confirmed are the odds that apply to that bet. In the event of a manifest odds error — where the published odds are clearly incorrect due to a technical or human error — crickecx reserves the right to cancel the affected bets and return stakes, or to settle bets at the correct odds where determinable.
In-Play Betting
In-play (live) betting markets are available on selected events including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup matches, and other cricket fixtures. In-play markets may be suspended at any time during an event at the discretion of crickecx, including during intervals, reviews, and significant game events. crickecx is not liable for any inability to place in-play bets due to market suspension.
Casino Game Rules
All casino games offered on crickecx — including slots from Pragmatic Play, Microgaming, and NetEnt; live casino tables from Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, and Ezugi; and crash games from Spribe — operate according to the rules defined by the respective game studio. crickecx presents these games as a platform operator and is not responsible for the game logic, RTP calculations, or technical performance of individual game titles.
Disconnection Policy
In the event of a disconnection during a casino game round or a live betting event, crickecx will attempt to complete the game round or bet according to the state of play at the point of disconnection. If completion is not possible, the stake may be returned or the round voided in accordance with the applicable game or market rules. Players are responsible for ensuring a stable internet connection when using crickecx.
Section 6
Bonuses and Promotions
crickecx offers bonuses, free bets, free spins, deposit match promotions, and other incentive offers to eligible players from time to time. All promotional offers are subject to the specific terms published at the point of the offer, in addition to these general Terms & Conditions. Where there is any conflict between the specific promotion terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
Wagering Requirements
Bonus funds and free bet winnings are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements will be stated clearly in the promotion terms and are expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount (for example, 30x means you must wager the bonus amount thirty times before a withdrawal is permitted). Stakes placed on different game categories may contribute at different percentages towards the wagering requirement — sports betting, slots, and live casino games typically carry different contribution rates as specified in each promotion.
Bonus Restrictions
Bonuses credited to your crickecx account are non-transferable and have no cash equivalent unless specifically stated otherwise. Bonuses may not be combined with other active bonuses unless explicitly permitted in the promotion terms. crickecx reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time prior to a player claiming it, without prior notice. Once a bonus has been credited to an account, the associated wagering requirements must be met within the specified time limit — failure to do so will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being forfeited.
Bonus Abuse
Any attempt to abuse or exploit bonus offers — including the use of multiple accounts to claim a single-account promotion, the use of low-risk hedging strategies to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk, or any other activity that crickecx determines to constitute bonus abuse — will result in the cancellation of all associated bonuses, the forfeiture of any winnings derived from those bonuses, and may result in account suspension or permanent closure.

Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited on crickecx. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balance, and may result in referral to relevant law enforcement or financial authorities:
- Money laundering: Using crickecx to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from unlawful activities, or to obscure the origin of any funds.
- Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, using stolen payment credentials, initiating fraudulent chargebacks, or misrepresenting your eligibility to use the platform.
- Underage access: Attempting to register or use the platform if you are under the age of 18, or assisting a minor in accessing the platform.
- Automated play: Using bots, scripts, automated software, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, play casino games, or interact with the platform in a manner not available to standard users.
- Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any casino game, poker variant, or betting market.
- Exploitation of technical errors: Deliberately exploiting software bugs, glitches, or misconfigured odds to obtain funds not legitimately won.
- Account sharing: Sharing your account login credentials with any third party, or allowing another person to use your account, whether for financial gain or otherwise.
- Circumventing restrictions: Attempting to access crickecx following account closure or suspension, or using VPNs or proxy services to circumvent geographic or account-level restrictions.
crickecx employs active monitoring for all of the above prohibited activities. Detection of any such activity will trigger immediate investigation and, where confirmed, the actions described above. The platform's determination in matters of prohibited conduct is final.

Section 8
Account Closure and Suspension
Closure by crickecx
crickecx reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice. Reasons for suspension or closure include but are not limited to: breach of these Terms & Conditions, failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe, suspected fraudulent activity, suspected money laundering, confirmed underage access, account inactivity for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months, or any other activity that crickecx determines to be contrary to the interests of the platform or its players.
In the event of account closure by crickecx for reasons other than a confirmed breach of these Terms, any verified balance of deposited funds (excluding bonus funds and associated winnings) will be returned to the player via the payment method used for the most recent deposit, following completion of any required KYC verification.
Voluntary Closure by the Player
You may close your crickecx account at any time by contacting the support team at support@crickec x.com. Upon receipt of a valid closure request, crickecx will process the closure within 2 business days. Any remaining verified balance will be returned to you following completion of withdrawal processing procedures. Bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure.
Account Inactivity
An account is considered inactive if no login, deposit, withdrawal, or wager has been recorded for a period of 12 consecutive months. crickecx will attempt to notify the account holder via the registered email address prior to applying any inactivity policy. An administrative fee may be applied to inactive accounts in accordance with the fee schedule published on the platform at the time. Any remaining balance after fee deductions will remain available for withdrawal upon account reactivation, subject to identity verification.
Self-Exclusion
Players who feel that gambling may be becoming a problem are strongly encouraged to use crickecx's self-exclusion tools. Self-exclusion periods of 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, 1 year, or permanent exclusion are available upon request by contacting support@crickecx. During a self-exclusion period, the account will be suspended and no new deposits or wagers will be accepted. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours of confirmation. Players are encouraged to also seek support from independent responsible gaming organisations.
Section 9
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, crickecx, its directors, officers, employees, agents, contractors, licensors, and game studio partners shall not be liable to any player for any of the following:
- Any loss of winnings, profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or anticipated savings arising from the use of or inability to use the crickecx platform.
- Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss or damage of any kind, whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise.
- Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the platform or any game or betting market, whether caused by technical failure, scheduled maintenance, force majeure, or any other reason.
- Any loss arising from reliance on information, odds, statistics, or data published on the platform that subsequently proves to be inaccurate or incomplete.
- Any loss arising from the actions or omissions of third-party payment providers, game studios, or data feed providers.
- Any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account as a result of your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
Where liability cannot be excluded by law, crickecx's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player to their crickecx account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Platform Disclaimer: crickecx provides its services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. The platform makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability of any service, the accuracy of any odds or game outcome, or the fitness of the platform for any particular purpose.
Section 10
Governing Law and Disputes
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including any non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which crickecx is incorporated as an offshore operator. The platform does not represent that its services are compliant with the laws of Bangladesh or any specific player jurisdiction. Players are solely responsible for determining the legality of their participation.
Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute regarding a bet settlement, game outcome, account balance, payment, or any other platform matter, players must first contact crickecx support at support@crickecx with a clear description of the dispute and any supporting evidence. crickecx aims to resolve all disputes within 10 business days of receipt of a complete complaint submission. Where a dispute cannot be resolved to the player's satisfaction through internal channels, the player may escalate the matter in accordance with the dispute resolution procedures of the platform's licensing jurisdiction.
Final Decisions
In all matters relating to bet settlement, game outcomes, bonus eligibility, account status, and the interpretation of these Terms, the decision of crickecx shall be final and binding, subject only to the escalation procedures described above. No legal proceedings may be commenced against crickecx without first exhausting the internal dispute resolution process in full.
Language of Proceedings
All dispute resolution communications, submissions, and proceedings shall be conducted in English. Documents submitted in any other language must be accompanied by a certified English translation at the player's expense. The English version of these Terms & Conditions shall be the authoritative text in all proceedings.
Changes to These Terms
crickecx may revise these Terms & Conditions at any time by publishing an updated version at /terms-conditions with a revised effective date. Players are bound by the version of the Terms in force at the time of each session. It is your responsibility to check for updates regularly. If you disagree with any amended Terms, you must discontinue use of crickecx and request account closure immediately.
